How do I reserve an appointment?

You can reserve an appointment online by Clicking here. We are also happy to assist you by phone or by visiting our Google or Instagram profile and clicking the “Book Now” button.

All reservations will be held with a credit card.

What if I am late to my appointment?

Your promptness is greatly appreciated and required to properly serve you. If you are late, your appointment will be shortened and you will be billed for the entire session.

If you are more then 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment as a courtesy to the next client.

What is your cancellation policy?

When booking your appointment, we ask that you provide a credit card to hold your appointment. If you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment, we ask that you kindly notify us 24 hours in advance to cancel your appointment without penalty.

Without 24 hour’s notice we will charge 50% of the cancelled service price.

We will charge 100% of a reserved service in the event of a “no show.”

What can I expect from my service provider?

Your stylist will provide you with a thorough consultation prior to receiving your service to understand your goals, preferences and budget. They will make recommendations if appropriate to help guide you to your goals and answer any concerns you have regarding your unique needs.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Absolutely! You can purchase a physical Gift Card in person, or by phone.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept cash and all credit cards. Gratuity is appreciated in cash or Venmo.

What is your return policy?

Products returns within 30 days of purchase will be given store credit or exchange.
